Javanese Lying Buddha (Natural Greenstone)

The Natural Greenstone Javanese Lying Buddhas are hand-carved from volcanic greenstone by our incredible artists in Indonesia. The stone is unique to this area of the world, and is a fine-grain basalt formed from lava deposits in the earth’s crust. Each statue receives special touches from the artist meaning you will be getting a one-of-a-kind, handmade statue.

 

The Natural Finish leaves the stone in its raw state, allowing you to see the beautiful details and variations in the coloring and texture.
